_DSC1404With over 140 employees working in all aspects of production, VPS has experienced significant growth over its impressive 60-year history. You may be surprised to learn just how well your own skill set fits in somewhere in a manufacturing setting.

When you walk around our plant, you’ll meet people who have worked here for 10, 15, and even 25 years.

Consistent Hours

If you’re looking for hours that help you balance your life, take a look at VPS. No rotations and no swing shifts.  All of our production shifts are exactly 8 hours with a paid lunch break.

1st Shift | 6am-2pm

2nd Shift | 2pm-10pm

3rd Shift | 10pm-6am (Sun-Thurs)

Overtime opportunities are often available during the week and on weekends for additional earning potential. Non-production positions may have slightly different schedules.

_DSC1367Casual Dress

While we do follow some basic guidelines for food safety, everyone in the building enjoys dressing casually every day. Jeans are the “norm” around here.

Shift Differentials

Those who work 2nd or 3rd shift can expect a generous hourly shift premium added to their base wage.

VPS is conveniently located right off of I-41 on the southwest side of Green Bay – a very easy highway commute for employees who choose to live in Green Bay suburbs or Appleton/Fox Valley area.
